My name is Jill and I am gluten free. My husband Wes and I started this blog with the intent of helping family and friends understand what they can eat that is gluten free.
I used to be vegetarian for 17 years but because of all my food limitations I added fish and some meat to my diet about a year ago. Still most of the time I prefer vegetarian options. W loves fish in all forms and likes to eat meat more than me.
I am very interested in making simple, healthy AND delicious foods. I plan on doing a lot of experimenting with new "grains" and dishes from around the world. It is all a learning experiment. Much like life itself.
